I ordered two bikes that were delivered to the cottage and found one not working properly and it had to be replaced. The other bike had the basket hanging off it. Tim's star employee said "the basket doesn't fit right because the strap is broken". It would have taken less time to fix it rather than explain. Apparently the business people on Tybee Island are "laid back"....or, as I put it, "lazy". The don't fix or clean anything. If you want a decent bike on Tybee Island then take your own.
Really pleasant experience with Tim. Turns out it didn't make sense to rent from his shop because of our limited car space and short time frame, so he actually recommended other places we could go. Very honest and I appreciate that!
