The service was great. Every employee was respectful. The location was beautiful as was inside. The rooms were clean. I would definitely go again.
Room is approximately 250sq' with a broken queen sized bed, broken cable box, very weak toilets, breakfast passes as "meh", would be better if they didn't try to fee my vegetarian wife a huge slab of ham with ham chunks inside. Positive side: location is good, garden is amazing, and big bath tub rocks. Next time I will save money at rinky dink hotel with a pool.
Charming historic B&B that my wife and I loved. We booked our room for a last minute, quick weekend, getaway and Lee was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast tasted great. Also, it is a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, comfy beds, beautiful scenery surrounding. I'll say that Tybee island wasn't so wonderful, but I couldn't imagine a better place to stay while I was here. The owner Lee has a true understanding of customer service, and we truly felt like part of the family here. Great breakfast, awesome management, clean rooms, and nice employees. The place has been renovated also all new everything just about, aside from the feel of being in a very historic home. All in all 100% to this place for the variety of factors mentioned.
